​DKF series low-noise centrifugal fan is derived and expanded from YE2-DW series low-noise centrifugal fan, meeting requirements for any air flow and pressure in the design and selection of air-conditioner.
Product description

Ⅰ. Features of fan
DKF series low-noise centrifugal fan is derived and expanded from YE2-DW series low-noise centrifugal fan, meeting requirements for any air flow and pressure in the design and selection of air-conditioner. The product is characterized by low noise, high efficiency, large air flow, low rotation speed, small mass etc. It includes forward type (DKF series) and backward type (DKF(H) series) which are respectively consisted of parts such as forward and backward type impellers, logarithmic spiral casing, circular arc streamline air inlet etc. Adopting fully galvanized plates, it is formed by molding with adjustable frame structure and exchangeable pulley on the right and left, making it the most ideal accessory product for industries of air-conditioner, purification, paint drying room and refrigeration.


Ⅱ Fan structure:
1. The casing is made by galvanized steel plates with weld-free seam. It is fine in appearance.
2. The forward type impeller is composed of forward multi-blade circular arc blades riveted with front and middle discs. It is made of fine machined galvanized steel plates. The backward type impeller is composed of backward arc blades fixed and welded with front and middle discs by special clamps. In order It is then calibrated through static and dynamic balance after forming, so it is smaller in vibration when in operation, excellent in pneumatic performance, low in noise and stable in operation. All the parts of impeller are formed by one-time stamping in mold to ensure its accuracy, It is then calibrated through static and dynamic balance after forming.
3. High-quality carbon structural steel is used as material of the shaft. During design, the shaft material passed the secondary verification of critical rotation speed to be high in strength, excellent in rigidity and stability.
4. Air inlet is made of mold formed galvanized steel plates. It is mounted on both sides of the fan with curved section parallel to axial direction that makes the smooth air flow and less loss.
5. Imported or domestic renowned premium bearings are used due to their reliable quality, longer service life and stable operation.
6. V-belt is used for transmission to acquire large quantity of working conditions by changing the diameter of belt pulley, so it can fully meet the requirements of air-conditioning fan for air flow and air pressure.


Ⅲ Application
1. Ventilation in buildings involving industry, civil uses, mining, tunnel, subway, etc.
2. Used along with various forms of air-conditioners and air purifier, etc.
3. Used for ventilation of various kinds of automobile spray booth and drying room, etc.


Ⅳ. Notes to user
1. The medium transmitted by the fan is air and gas that is non-corrosive, resistant to explosion and free from viscous substance. And the dust and hard particulate matter contained in the medium shall be no greater than 120mg/m3.
2. The model of fan shall be selected according to the principle of air flow, air pressure and high efficiency, and technical parameters of the fan like rotation speed, shaft power and noise shall be confirmed based on air flow and air pressure (total pressure) under this working condition.
3. Bearings used for the fan are all self-aligning ones mounted inside the bearing stand with oil injection nozzle. If the temperature of the bearing is below 70℃, inject oil once every 3000 hours. If the temperature is above 70℃, the interval of oil injection shall be reduced at least by a half for each temperature rise by 15℃.
4. Installation angle and rotation direction: Installation angle is determined by direction of fan outlet. The clockwise rotation means Right and counter-clockwise rotation means Left when viewing from the side of belt pulley (as shown in figure below).
5. It is prohibited to use the motor in an opening way to prevent over-current status. If the fan runs idly without external load imposed on pipeline of outlet or inlet, there is risk for the motor to be burned out. For the sake of safety, a valve shall be equipped on pipeline of outlet or inlet of the fan. In this way, turn off the valve when the motor is started and slowly open it upon motor rotation until the motor reaches specified working condition, and note whether the motor current exceeds specified value.
6. In order to ensure safe operation of the fan, open-phase protector for motor must be equipped by the user at the time of installation.
7. The motor shall be well earthed.
8. During the operation of the fan, it shall be stopped immediately by cutting power supply in case of abnormal sound, fierce vibration and so on. Operation can't be recovered before troubleshooting.
9. When an order is placed, some parameters of the fan must be instructed, such as, model, specifications, flow, total pressure, rotation speed, direction of outlet and rotation.
10. Please instruct the special requirements if there are any special requirements at the time of placing order.
