PURPOSE
Type T35 axial fan is the new product replaced type 30K4 fan.Type T35 can be mainly used as ventilation and air exchange in the rooms of general plants, warehouse, office and residence area, etc. or improve heating to dissipate heat. If dismount casing it can be used as a free fan. It can also be installed in series in the longer discharge pipe in order to improve air pressure in the pipe. through model testing and developing, on the basis of the same product abroad, the blade profile of  type T35 axial fan is decided and the barrel hub structure is used. The modified design is carried out on motor at the same time and flow losses is reduced. The fan inlet efficiency is up to 77% calculated with circular area and is up to 89.5% calculated with outlet ring area. Noise reduced 3.6dB compared with A sound level, reinforced the strength of blade root, avoid the phenomenon of blade breaking. 


Type BT35 explosion-Proof axial fan is mainly delivered air and gas of inflammable, explosive and non-corrosion. Motor should be explosion-proof. Explosion-proof switch must be used or away from explosive point. The electric wire connector is not allowed in the explosive area.
The gas through T35 and BT35 fan should be non-corrosion and without obvious dust, temperature should not exceed 40℃.
BFT35 fan is mainly delivered gas of inflammable, explosive and corrosive, but the temperature should not exceed 60℃.


TYPE
This series fan has 13 size with different diameters. There are №2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4,4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10 and 11.2. Each model can be arranged with five different angles of 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°and 35°.
This series fan use directly connecting structure that directly connect impeller on motor shaft. There are three speeds under the condition of impeller circumference speed should not exceed 60 m/s: 2900, 1450, 960rpm viewing from the inlet, the impeller rotates in counter clockwise. The inlet direction is at the impeller end.
Before fan is ex-works the running test should be done in order to ensure that it is smooth running.


STRUCTURE
Type T35 and BT35 fan mainly consists of impeller, casing and collector,etc.
BFT35 fan mainly consists of impeller, casing and collector,etc. they are made of glass fiber. The support is made of shape steel and connect with duct.
Impeller — consists of blade and hub, the blade is made of sheet steel, It is welded on hub according to the selected mounting angle.
Casing — consists of duct and support, they are made of sheet and shape steel. duct is a barrel.duct is a barrel, there is clearance between duct and impeller.(The revived aluminum lining in duct internal circle of type BT35 fan is used for explosion-Proof).
Collector — consists of flange and collector. The collector is arc streamlined structure in order to reduce the losses of air intake, it is made of sheet steel.


PERFORMANCE AND SELECTION
The performance of fan in performance table normally indicates the performance of air under the standard state (temperature 20℃, the relative moisture: 50% atmosphere 101.3×103Pa, air density 1.2kg/m3 ), when the operating condition is non standard, the performance of non standard condition must be converted into a standard condition performance, then select fan model and speed according to the table.
If fan speed shall be changed, the performance can be converted with the follow formula.

Where:
Q, p, P, n — flow rate, pressure, shaft power and speed resulted under the operation condition;
Q0, p0, P0, n0 — flow rate, pressure, shaft power and speed selected  under the standard state;
t — medium temperature under the operation condition;
p1 — atmosphere under the actual operation condition(Pa);
ρ — air density under the actual operation condition(kg/m3);
ρ0 — air density﹦1.2(kg/m3)under the standard state.
There is a certain relationship among the fan flow rate Q, pressure p, shaft speed n and shaft power P, one of them is changed, others shall be effected, its relationship is as follow:
