2. Before installing the extractor fan for dust, check the clearance size of all parts of the fan to ensure that the rotating parts do not touch the fixed parts. When the fan rotates, check the temperature of the bearing after the impeller reaches normal speed. If there is no special requirement for the bearing temperature, it cannot be higher than the ambient temperature by 40 °c. If the fan has a very severe impact and the impact and bearing temperature rises rapidly, stop the fan immediately.

Product maintenance:

Clean internal dust, dirt and other impurities regularly

Check the fan regularly to avoid rusting

Replace the lubricant after turning on the fan. Lubricating oil should be replaced according to actual conditions.
