The main purpose of C4-73 type centrifugal fan is to discharge compound containing impurities such as dirt, wood debris, fine fiber etc and air. In case of similar performance and appropriate conditions, it is also applicable to general ventilation.

Ⅰ Purpose Type
The main purpose of C4-73 type centrifugal fan is to discharge compound containing impurities such as dirt, wood debris, fine fiber etc and air. In case of similar performance and appropriate conditions, it is also applicable to general ventilation. And a dedusting device shall be added in front of the air inlet of the fan in the event of emission of hard articles.
When the fan is made into single suction type, the machine No. is generally designed as №3.6C, №4.5C and №5.5C. If the user is in need of other machine No. or other type, please contact us.
There are generally two forms of fan, that is, the clockwise and the counter-clockwise, for convenient installation. When it is viewed from the front of the motor, those whose impellers rotate clockwise are called Clockwise Fan which is represented by CW, otherwise, it is called Counter-clockwise Fan which is represented by CCW.
The location of fan outlet is represented by the angle of air outlet of casing within adjustment range between 0° and 225°, both Right and Left fans can be made in six angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° or 225°.


Ⅱ Structure
The fan is mainly consisted of impeller, air inlet, casing, transmission unit, motor and bracket.
Impeller – 10 tilting airfoil blades welded between arc cone wheel cover and flat back plate, calibrated through static and dynamic balance and tested through over-speed operation, thus it is in stable and reliable operation.
Casing – ordinary steel plates are welded into volute shell and installation and removal of impellers are all performed on one side of the casing.
Air inlet — Made of a convergent, streamlined integral structure, mounted on the side of the fan.
Transmission unit — it is consisted of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, the bearing box is made into integral structure, and the rolling bearing is used and lubricated with calcium-sodium base grease.
Bracket — made of profile steel and used to support transmission and connect fan and foundation.
Motor — Y series motor conforming to national standard.


Ⅲ Performance and choice
The performance of fan is usually represented by parameters like fan flow, whole pressure, rotation speed of main shaft, shaft power, efficiency etc., and there exists certain internal relation among the parameters. The performances in the Performance Table all refer to those under standard conditions. When the service condition is not in compliance with standard conditions, the performance under service condition must be converted to the one under standard conditions and then make selection of it according to Performance Table.
