TYPE
The fan is made as a single suction. There are 13 types of fan numbers which are 4, 4.5, 5,  5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14 and 16.
The fan can be made of 2 types of rotation i.e, right and left. Viewing from one end of the motor, it is called as clock-wise fan if the impeller rotates clock-wise, symbolized with “right”, On the contrary, it is called as counter-clock-wise fan if the impeller rotates counter-clockwise, symbolized with “left”.
The outlet position of the fan can be expressed from the outlet angle of the casing. It can be made 6 kinds of angles which are 0°, 45°,90°, 135°,180°,225°,from both “Right” and “left”.
The fan driving mode is three kinds of mode A (№4~6.3), mode D and mode C (№7.1~16).
When the rotation, outlet angle and driving mode of the mentioned fan numbers can not meet you requirement, we have ability to transform or design again for you, until you are satisfied with it.


STRUCTURE
№4-6.3 fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, inlet support and etc. №7.1~16 fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, inlet, driving unit and etc.
Impeller—Type 9-19 has 12 blades, Type 9-26 has 16 blades they are forward-curved blades. The maximum circumference speed of impeller diffuser shall not exceed 140m/s.After being shaped, the impeller shall be balanced statically, dynamically and over speed running test, thus it guarantees a smooth and reliable operation.
Casing—to be welded into a volute with normal steel plate.
Inlet—to be integrated into a convergent streamlined structure and bolted on the front cover.
Driving unit—consists of main shaft, bearing box, coupling and etc. The shaft is made of super steel, bearing box is integral with rolling bearings, grease is used for bearing lubrication.

 

PERFORMANCE AND SELECTION
Type 9-19 and 9-26 fan only gives the non-dimensional performance table of №10 sample fan and the non-dimensional performance curve of №10 sample fan. Other performance deduce the rest from this.

U2 - line speed of outside end of impeller blade (m/s)
ρ1 - density of inlet gas (kg/m3)
Kp - total pressure compressibility
Nin - inner power (kW)
Nre - required power (kW)
ηm - mechanical efficiency
K - storing factor of motor (take 1 for A drive, take 0.98 for D drive )


If it is in non-standard state when operating, the performance of non-standard standard state must be converted to the performance of standard state. And then select fan according to the converted performance. The converting formula is as follows:

The fan performance indicate the performance of delivered gas under standard state. The standard state means: atmosphere Pa = 101325 Pa, atmosphere temperature t=20℃, relative humidity X=50%, air density ρ=1.2 kg/m3.
