This Explosion Proof Centrifugal fan can be used to ventilate or transport air and other non-natural, non-explosive, non-volatile, non-hazardous gases in general factories and large building rooms. In addition, this fan can also handle corrosive gases. No viscous substances are allowed in the treated gas, and the content of dust and hard particles in the gas is not more than 150 mg / m 3 . The gas temperature must not exceed 80 °C.

Product introduction:

This Explosion Proof Centrifugal fan can be used to ventilate or transport air and other non-natural, non-explosive, non-volatile, non-hazardous gases in general factories and large building rooms. In addition, this fan can also handle corrosive gases. No viscous substances are allowed in the treated gas, and the content of dust and hard particles in the gas is not more than 150 mg / m 3 . The gas temperature must not exceed 80 °C.

Product features:

1. The impeller of Explosion Proof Centrifugal fan consists of 10 rear wing blades, a curved front plate and a flat rear plate, which are made of steel plate (the B4-72 impeller is made of cast aluminum alloy). The impeller is subjected to an overspeed test to ensure smooth operation and good aerodynamic performance.

2. The inlet of Explosion Proof Centrifugal fan is integral, the inlet is usually fixed to the side of the fan, and the portion parallel to the shaft is in the form of a bend. The gas can enter the impeller smoothly and the loss is small. The drive consists of a shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling.

Performance and selection:

This sample only gives the dimensionless performance table and characteristic curve of the No10 sample fan, and can calculate the dimensional performance parameters of other machine numbers.

1. The designer and user shall select fan type and motor from performance table according to the required flow rate and total pressure.

2. The performance of each speed in performance table is that the performance within of maximum efficiency of 90% can be divided into seven performance points according to the flow rate, the performance table can be as a standard when purchasing, order.

3. The performance of qualified product of fan ex-works is that the value of total pressure under the given flow rate shall not exceed ±5%.

5. When the operation condition is non-standard, the performance is calculated with following formula:

7. Treatment for excessive or insufficient flow rate:
The phenomenon of flow excess or insufficient often occurs when use,there are many reasons of occurring such phenomenon.If the phenomenon of flow some times large and sometimes small occurs during,the main reason is due to resistance in pipe net sometimes great and or sometimes small.If it is gradually reduced through longer time or suddenly reduced within short time,the main reason is that the fan passage or pipe net is plugged.
